Australian Carpet Cleaning Services performs both steam cleaning and dry cleaning. However, we strongly recommend steam cleaning as our state of the art cleaning machine provides a much higher quality clean drawing out the deep embedded dirt. Furthermore, steam cleaning will still leave a near dry finish to carpets. The reason for this is that we use the correct processes and machinery to steam clean carpets, lounge suites & dining suites.

Australian Carpet Cleaning Services Steam Cleaning Process

Step 1.
We conduct a pre-inspection of areas that require cleaning. This inspection signifies problem stains and other defects. We assess any problem stains and identify the best possible cleaning process to ensure furniture is not damaged.

Step 2.
We use extreme caution when moving your furniture.

Step 3.
All our carpet cleaning technicians pre-vacuum the carpet using an industrial vacuum cleaner with a power brush to remove dry soils from the carpet.

Step 4.
A pre-spray is applied to carpets and we spot clean stains and problem areas, those which were signified in step one. Using a wide range of specialised non-toxic stain removers, we treat each individual stain according to the stain and carpet type.  Although Australian Carpet Cleaning Services doesn’t guarantee all stains can be removed, we do guarantee that no other company will be able to remove them either.

Step 5.
Carpet is agitated using a rotary buffer machine.  This process agitates the carpet to separate soil and assist with stain removal.

Step 6.
Further Stain Treatment if required.

Step 7.
Powerful truck mounted hot water extraction using our high tech machines delivers higher heat and greater vacuum power resulting in cleaner and dryer carpets.

Step 8.
On completion, we reinstate your furniture with foam blocks and protective tabs to elevate furniture to prevent moisture. This is to protect both the carpets and your furniture.

Step 9.
Our technicians will groom your carpet to reset the carpet pile which in turn reduces the drying time and optimises appearance.
